On Friday 3^rd February the Girls Football Team played 3 league games at Thorpe Primary School. The first game was against The Beeches School and Woodston won 4-0. The second game against Thorpe Primary School resulted 2:0 to Thorpe. In the final game Woodston played Hampton and it ended 1-1. All girls that played did very well and should be proud of themselves.

Monday 6^th February Woodston Boys played Orton Wistow. This was a great game which saw end to end attacking and great defending throughout the game. Orton Wistow ended up winning the game with seconds to go. The boys and girls from both schools played tremendously well and all should be proud to participate in an amazing game of football.

On Wednesday 8^th February a group of Year 3 and Year 4 girls went to play in a friendship football tournament at Hampton Gardens. The girls played 5 games during the afternoon winning 3 and losing 2. The girls were nervous to begin with but then grew in confidence throughout each game they played. These girls should be so proud of themselves, they played great as a team and enjoyed every moment of it.
