Pupils marked World Mental Health Day on Tuesday 10th October.
Pupils and staff marked World Mental Health Day by dressing in Yellow to support the charity Young Minds. Young Minds offer support for children and young people who are experiencing difficulties in their lives that impact on their mental health. In school, children took part in lots of activities throughout the day; sharing ideas about how to keep themselves 'mentally healthy' and promoting positive thoughts and feelings. In assemblies, we shared what it means to 'belong' in a community and to take responsibility for our own mental health and that of others. We feel very lucky to be part of a community that demonstrates so much care and provides invaluable support for everyone.
