On Thursday 2^nd November, Woodston Girls started off their league competition against Stanground St Johns.

The girls were filled with excitement and nerves due to it being their first game.  With a very good first half display from Woodston Girls they went into half time 4-0 up. After a great first half, the girls were ready for more in the second. Another good half from Woodston meant they came away victorious from the game, winning 7-0.
