This week, we have taken part in Anti-Bullying Week 2023, which has the theme ‘Make a Noise About Bullying’. Children from across school took part in an assembly and were able to explain what bullying is and how to differentiate between banter and bullying. We discussed the importance of respecting other people and being united to ‘make a noise’ if we see bullying taking place rather than staying silent or ignoring it. Children across school have taken part in a range of different activities, with KS2 even enjoying a fantastic rap performance by Mrs Hutchcraft’s class, which highlighted the importance of speaking out against bullying.
