On Tuesday, Year 2 were visited by a local nurse who was keen to share lots of her insightful knowledge. This term, the children have been learning about 'nurturing nurses' of the past as part of their History lessons. The children showed their curiosity by asking lots of questions to their visitor and made links to what they have learned about the famous nurses from the 1800s.
