On Wednesday 20th March the newly formed PTFA held their first AGM in the school hall. It was attended by some familiar faces and some new faces and, as you can see from the photograph - cake was in good supply. Thank you Tina!

At the AGM, nominations took place for the committee roles and our photograph shows the lovely Charlotte (Chair) and Rachel (Treasurer) signing the constitution. We are delighted that Charlotte and Rachel have been voted into these roles, along with Sarah, who has taken on the role of secretary.

The work didn't stop here though! After all the 'official' business was complete, the new committee set to work straight away, organising some fundraisers to take place during the rest of this academic year. No doubt you will have heard about these already. The PTFA have also launched a logo competition, so we are really excited about seeing the children's designs.

Representatives from the staff attended, and a discussion was held about what we might use the fundraising for. We loved the idea of developing our outdoor areas to ensure that children have access to a wide range of activities for learning and break times.

The PTFA have got off to a fantastic start already with their events, and we are excited to see how things continue to develop. Thank you to everyone who has been involved so far - it is never too late to join us if you have FOMO!
